Project Elements:
Multi-story residential, mid-rise hotel and conference center, 4.5 million SF of office space, childcare facility, event venues, and a 1.4 million SF, two-level regional shopping mall.

Engineering Tasks:
Site and feasibility studies, zoning plans, site plans, road construction plans, major utility plans.

Of Special Note:
This project has been ongoing since 1993 with the major infrastructure and mall completed by 1998 with all construction performed below predicted budgets. Urban is continuing with design for the balance of the project.
