Project Elements:
Reston Square consists converting under-utilized property into a vibrant mixed-use community. Several simultaneously constructed phases of development enhance an existing 300 room hotel with 194 high density multi-family residential units in two buildings, a 130,000 SF office building, an additional 175 room hotel and complimentary retail and restaurant spaces; all with structured parking.

Engineering Tasks:
Site and feasibility studies, zoning studies, public and private road design, SWM and BMP analysis, parking studies, site plans and major utility plans.

Of Special Note:
This project required detail phasing drawings and extensive construction administration services to maintain the functionality of the existing hotel use while coordinating the overlapping construction needs of all phases.
