Project Elements:
The first phase consisted of a regional shopping center of over 250,000 sf with an additional ±90,000 sf of office use. The site includes a Giant grocery store, strip retail, medical office building and several restaurant and bank pad sites. We are currently working on rezoning plans that will more than double the size of the center.

Engineering Tasks:
Site layout, preliminary engineering, lease exhibits, condo plats, final engineering including grading, utility design, landscaping and erosion and sediment control. We have also prepared several site revisions based on final tenant requirements.

Of Special Note:
This center was one of Toll Brothers' first commercial developments.
