Director of Engineering – Winchester
Ms. McCauley has over 31 years of experience in land development in Northern Virginia and the Eastern Panhandle of West Virginia. She first became a licensed Professional Engineer in 1991 in Virginia. Her project work includes all aspects of design for residential, commercial, and industrial development plans. Some examples of her work includes the Academic Center, Finance Center, and IT Center for The American Public University campus in both Charles Town and Ranson, WV, The Boulevard at Potomac Towne Center 14 lot commercial subdivision for Carl Freeman Companies in Ranson, WV, Cress Creek Development Golf Course Community for Home Hill Corporation in Jefferson County, WV, Lakeland place at Fairfax Crossing townhome, neo-traditional, and single family home community for Marcus Enterprises in Ranson, WV, and various site plans including Rite Aid, Popeyes, Martins Grocery, Jefferson Memorial Hospital Emergency Department addition, Applebee’s, Hampton inn, Frank Theatres, and Golden Corral in Jefferson County, WV. After graduating from Bucknell University in 1986, Lisa first began her career as an entry level design engineer with Patton, Harris, Rust, and Associates in Leesburg, VA. After 9 years, she joined Dewberry for the next 19 years, and served as Director of Engineering for the Ranson, WV office. After serving as Director of Engineering for Allegheny Surveys, Inc. in Martinsburg, WV for 3 years, she then joined Urban, Ltd. as their Director of Engineering for the Winchester, VA office.
