Principal Mr. Siegel has extensive experience overseeing the consulting and design of land development projects as a licensed professional civil engineer in Virginia, Maryland, The District of Columbia, West Virginia, North Carolina, Delaware, and Alabama. Proficient in all aspects of types of land development projects, Mr. Siegel’s main focus has been complex data center developments for both data center developers and end user/tenants in the US, high-density mixed-use projects like Reston Town Center, large retail developments such as Dulles Town Center, large, planned communities such as Broadlands and Reston, and secure corporate office campus projects such as Oracle, GSA at Dulles Discovery, and Accenture. Mr . Siegel manages teams in all 3 offices. As a graduate of civil engineering from the University of Maryland in 1987, Mr. Siegel started as a field Engineer for Great Lake Dredge and Dock before joining Urban Ltd. as an entry level design engineer in December of 1987. He is the past president of Engineering and Surveyors Institute and an active member of NAIOP and NVBIA.
