Brian A. Sears, P.E.

Brian has over 32 years of Land development experience in Northern Virginia. He manages a team that provides land development services for residential, commercial and institutional projects. His expertise is in all aspects of land development and team management. His resume includes extensive experience in preliminary engineering, final engineering of large scale planned unit residential projects, road and highway design and commercial developments.

He began his career with Urban, working summers and vacations during college, and started full time with the firm in 1992. As a Principal with Urban, Brian is dedicated to strong client relations and providing a high-quality work product.
