Brian D. Martin, P.E.

Brian's area of expertise consists of the design and management of development plans for residential and commercial projects including many large planned developments in Loudoun County.

He began his engineering career in land development and joined Urban with the opening of their Chantilly office in 1999. His experience includes all aspects of land development engineering such as feasibility studies, site layout, grading, storm drainage, utility design, roadway design, erosion and sediment control, storm water management and floodplain studies. Brian is dedicated to helping Urban's clients develop successful projects by providing both high quality plans and service.
