Christopher Myers, P.E.

Chris began his career at Urban in 1998, after earning his B.S. in Civil Engineering from Virginia Tech in 1997.  Chris has become an expert in all aspects of the land development process including feasibility, land planning, legislative applications, construction plans, contract administration, and post-construction services.  He has successfully managed projects ranging from large-scale marquee developments to small infill sites throughout Northern Virginia.  He is especially well-versed in residential, mixed-use, and K-12 applications in Fairfax County and Loudoun County, Virginia.

Chris has the ability leverage his strong technical know-how and his relationships with review agency staff and decision-makers to deliver on-time, on-budget results for his clients.  He is personally invested in the successful completion of every project.
